Awful

Horrifying. We booked a nonsmoking room and they put us in one that reeked. After they verified the smell (pretty insulting that they didn't believe me), they moved us to a room that didn't smell as bad but the entire carpet was soaking. We couldn't walk in the room with bare feet. We left, got a refund, and had a pleasant night at Chateau St John. Also their idea of a suite is a joke. Run, don't walk, away from this hotel.
