      Has fallen behind competitors

I have stayed at Caesar's seveal times but it appears their palace tower isnt as good as i remember. The beds are not aa comfortable including matress and pillows. There are wifi restrictions and no complimentary coffee or tea. The room appeared clean but there were burn marks in the window treatments. The common areas and casino areas were dirty. The elevators leading from the parking lot were a sticky mess. The room cards did not work as designed to allow in and out access from and to self park 😑

Property was nice as usual. The room was pretty old and the view of a wall was NOT what I had anticipated. Especially on a Tuesday for a local resident.

      Our stay at Caesars.

Overall great experience. Room was nice. But there was a left over sock from previous person that rented the room. I just left it where it laid.

Many better places to stay in Vegas.

This was my first stay at Caesars palace and it was a total disappointment. While the employees I had contact with were very nice and helpful the overall feeling of the stay is that they want every dime they can get out of you. I have stayed in many other hotels on the strip and Caesars palace is by far the worst for being overpriced for what you get. For instance there are no microwaves in the room and the fridge is full of drinks ridiculously overpriced like a can of Pepsi for $7. M&Ms were $13. And if you remove anything from the fridge you are automatically billed and if you use the fridge for personal use you will be charged $75. After waiting in long lines to check in I was informed my room wasn’t ready but they would upgrade me for an extra charge and this is well after regular check in time. I could go on about other issues we had but I will just say Caesars palace is beautiful and I recommend visiting there and especially eating at Cheesecake Factory but DONT STAY THERE. stay at one of the surrounding properties where you will be treated much better and not extorted for every dime you have.

      underwhelmed by Caesar's

Still a lot of stuff not open in Vegas. Very little musical entertainment unless you count the Homeless clarinet player on one of the overpasses. Someone smoking in next room - I was supposed to have a non-smoking room. I was supposed to get free parking, but my hotel key did not work in the machine and I had to pay $36 = they need a better system Food was expensive = $50 for breakfast (two bowls of granola and coffee) at Americano Cafe and $75 for two salads. one French fry and two short beers at Ramsey's Pub

      Bad service and over charged

The tower is the last one at the end, very far away from lobby. My room was almost at the end of the hall away. The far walk of the tower location plus the room location, it is very inconvenience and lots of walking. I requested room change due to the cleanness issue of the room, they didn't change for me. When I checked out, there were non-sense charged on my bill. Valet charge $120 which I didn't even have a car there. Many mini bar charges that I didn't use.

      Smoke filled Room #465

I reserved a non-smoking room at Caesars Palace and stepped into room 465 full of smoke and stench. The manager refunded to switch my room so I requested a full refund. Then she charged me for a bottle of water and parking!! Worse experience ever at a hotel
