Great view. Did not get room we were supposed. Noisy with cheap towels and sheets. Kitchen supplies were limited. Location is the only positive thing I can say. Over priced.

Beautiful water front & new renovations
This is a beautiful waterfront boutique hotel with lots of potential. The condo was very clean with fresh paint and furnishings. The saltwater pool was beautiful and so refreshing after a long days of snorkeling and walking around town. The property was kept clean and neat with someone continually sweeping, raking or picking up. A few negatives: Lots of construction noise which we were warned about as they are remodeling half of the property. Workers were respectful and you could tell tried to be as quiet as possible. The view of the ocean even on the bottom floor is breathtaking!! The first room we checked into had very strong perfume smells which would be pleasant to a normal person but I am super sensitive to chemicals. They quickly moved us to another room which was nice. One big negative was they had no comfortable place to sit. The couch was a hard twin mattress with a metal edge that left your legs falling asleep. The other chair was a hard wooden one that left my back in pain. Patio chairs were a little better so we brought one inside a few times. After lots of walking, swimming, snorkeling a comfy place to sit is essential. This was our second place to stay on the island this trip. We had so much fun in Cozumel we extended our trip and ended up at this condo. It's very close to a few beach clubs with great people food and snorkeling right in front of the hotel or beach clubs.

We're a senior couple who had stayed 10 times in Cozumel. Suites Turquesa allowed to check in early, it has good air conditioning, bedroom and access to great snorkel reef off the hotel water front. Internet access is decent although the bedroom TV is small size. The hotel construction and furniture is quirky. The front entrance door needs a key to enter and exit, no smoke detector, living room has no real sitting furniture.

The location was beautiful although it seemed a little questionable by night. The view of the ocean was magnificent and the ease of entering the ocean was lovely. The only negative was that there was no hairdryer.

If you are into snorkelig, this is a great spot to be.. its quiet, great views, close to El Centro, close to the airport, and most importantly, right on the reef. I saw no less tha 30 stingrays, multiple beautiful coloreed eels, sea slugs, tons of baracuda, and thousands of beautiful fish. This is the.area you want if you like to snorkle. The downside is that its not a hotel per se..you are essentially renting a small condo.. but, it has a And nearly full size refrigerator and all the stuff you need in a kitchen including a portable cooktop and a microwave. The grounds were very well kept and the pool was nice and appeared to me to be heated. Fresh water in the rooms amd plenty of space. The bed could have been softer. One big drawback was to get to my room you had to go in one entrance down two flights.. cross over and up 4 flights. I could use the exercise but.. that was not optimal.. they changes that set up the day befor I left.. The walls are white white and there's no curtains in the room So it is very bright, not cozy at all. if you're wanting something lavish and polished this is not the place to go, if you're wanting something authentic and functional.. this is perfect, the view made it all worth it.

Absolutely loved this property. It’s small but absolutely adorable! The room was spacious and more like an apartment/condo rather than a hotel. We had a little living room with a couch, a kitchen, and a separate bedroom. Also ocean view. The access to the ocean I loved. Really turquoise water right there and great snorkeling!! And all for a really great price! We will definitely be back.
