    Great location for us

    The room was spacious enough for the 2 of us and our dog. We really liked the refrigerator and the microwave in the room. The continental breakfast wasn't bad but there were no bagels or english muffins to be had. Overall the room fit our needs and the only negative was the towel rack was in pieces on the floor.

    Dirty, bugs, and smells like smokes.

    Don't book it. Dirty and a lingering smell of cigarettes around the entire building. Front desk checked me in, gave me my key after telling me about their "strict $250 smoking fee", then get to my room which reeked of an ash tray. Front desk fortunately switched my room with no hesitation, but then I spotted bugs crawling in that room. Lobby, front desk, elevator, and all common areas in the hotel were severely dirty, like they hadn't been swept or vacuumed in weeks. Checkout process was awful.

    room stunk of smoke

    The room stunk of smoke. One of the pillows was extremely smelly (Smoke) so i called to get a new pillow and pillow case. I was only brought a pillow. I had to call down again and i was told there were no more pillows in the hotel. When I asked about my smoke smelling room the front desk said "well did you ask the room service people to spray it" ?? It was very disappointing over all.

    It was a very short trip,15 hours, for a funeral. Spent very little time at the hotel. Just to sleep. It was quiet, no problems sleeping.

    Unclean

    Room was not cleaned. Trash from previous guest not emptied. Left over soap from previous guest still in shower. Bed sheets were not changed. Had to ask for new sheets and changed the bed linen myself. Would not stay here again.

    TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

    We checked into our room after a 17 hour drive straight thru from Florida and the sheets had not been changed. I went to the front desk and she moved us to another room next door and again the bedding was dirty (hair/gross) and we ended up leaving within 20 minutes. The hotel was dirty from getting off the elevator. Nothing was vacuumed even the rooms. The lady at the front desk was very nice, embarrased and they did not charge the credit card. We had to get a room at another hotel once again after 17 hrs of driving, we were exhausted. Hilton Garden iInn Cambell blvd and it was great. We had stayed there multiple times but it was very pricy for the 2 nights and I thought to save a little but you get what you pay for. Hotels.com transferred our reward stamps and we learned a big lesson about La Quinta 4 Philadelphia in Rosedale MD. There is no excuse to put your guests in dirty rooms even during covid and blame it on lack of help.
