There is no breakfast buffet or parking included. For the price paid, this is disappointing.

Older facility
The mildew/ musty smell is pretty strong when getting off elevator to room.

Check in melee.
There was a huge celebrity at the BOK and the checkin was a melee! No rooms were ready for some time after our arrival. Lines were long and waits were terrible to get checked in only to be told there wasn’t a room ready yet. Other than that, the hotel was quite average.

Very nice all the way around. The Phillbrook Mansion is a must for all that visit Tulsa.

Clean, but ill prepared
Pros : Shuttle service was great, once we got into our room it was clean, had a refrigerator which was great bc there were 2 breastfeeding/pumping moms who needed milk storage. Cons: AC struggled & didn’t get cold despite being set at 68, it was cool, but if I was guessing room temperature was closer to 74-75 degrees. We checked in at 5 & were sent to a room with one king bed, despite our reservation being for a king and sofa. We didn’t discover this until we had waited for the elevator for about 10 minutes and driving around the parking garage (that’s pretty iffy to get in and difficult to get out, especially with no space to pull into) that they had oversold. We were told they didn’t have all the rooms cleaned yet & overall just didn’t seemed staffed to handle their hotel size. An elevator stopped working (outside of their control), but they did start using the service elevator to help ease the crowds. Overall it was clean, decent price and close enough to stuff. Would probably be a great place to stay if you’re not there during a busy time/ big event.
