Beautiful lodge! Only thing wrong was our coffee maker didn't work so no coffee. :(

C-Minus Rating.
No frog in room. Only one ice maker on another floor in another wing of hotel, no free breakfast, lighting so dim in room had to read a book in bed with a flashlight. So-called Resort Fee of $15 is buried in the fine print.

Rooms were clean but very dated. Lighting in rooms was not good, very dark and no switch by door so we had to stumble around the dark room until we found one. No fans in bathroom even though there was no window for ventilation. No screens on window opening to the outside of the room so no fresh air available.. Staff though were very nice, restaurant was fine for breakfast. Nice location and view. Some decent upgrading and this could be a great place to stay. Price was reasonable.

Very Good8.0
It would have been nice to know about the additional charges at check in rather than checking out. Should have checked for refrigerator before booking. Overall it was a nicer place

We love it!
We love this place. It's away from the downtown crowds, very nice Southwest rooms, and a pleasant pool for lounging. We come here every year.
