We totally enjoyed our stay until we went up to the room for bed and realized that we could not adjust the thermostat. It was a warm room with 3 adults sleeping in about 300 sq/ft. Other than that, total win!

Do not stay here!
Pictures online are nothing compared to reality. Basement garage/parking is horrible and smells. The whole hotel smelled. Room was outdated, with the smallest rr. View was horrible, homeless everywhere. San Francisco has changed so much. Only bright side was Bryant from front desk. DONT STAY HERE!!!
