    Love it.

    This was my first time staying in this hotel and it was great. I personally love the mobile check in and out. It was quick and easy, I walked into the lobby after parking and I was already checked in with my room ready. Did have to print out a key though, the phone didn’t work for me in the elevator. Overall the stay was pleasant, the employees were friendly and the rooms were clean. Will be staying here again.

    Good value overall - don’t like ‘resort fees’

    This place has really good location. Rooms are good though windows and carpets and some of the paint choices seem a bit dated. I will ding it for using ‘resort fees’ which I don’t feel is a transparent way to advertise your prices. It’s a horrible practice and I am very dismayed that so many hotels are choosing to use this tactic.

    Our 2queen room overlooking Las Vegas strip was overlooking rooftop parking. The room had no cabinets or dresser, no drawer in nightstand, no coffee maker, frig or microwave. The sink was barely draining. Told housekeeping several times. The carpeting was very worn. We rated it less than any motel 6

    Pleasantly surprised!

    We got a two queen bed room for my husband and myself and our friend and service animal. The staff was very accommodating in providing a mini-fridge for my friend’s medications. The room was a great price and has a beautiful view of New York New York. We loved the smoke free aspect of the hotel and it was so easy to to see the fabulous show of Lady Gaga. Everything was in walking distance and the restaurants were super yum. We were all pleasantly surprised at how comforting and not overwhelming this hotel was- we will continue to stay here on all our next visits. Very Happy with the Park MGM!

    Clean and Friendly Staff

    We loved our stay at the Park MGM. The staff were extremely helpful and so very friendly! We loved the area at the south part of the strip, the park across the street, and most of all, the nonsmoking policy at the hotel. Although it was more than we usually like to pay, it seems that most of the hotels there are quite expensive as well!

    Good rooms, old lady smell in casino

    The room design was nice. I can come back again. However the scent that is throughout the casino smells like old lady perfume. Not appeasing at all! Should be changed to something more pleasant and update the vending machines!!! I hated having to go downstairs to get water when I can have access on my floor.
