Hotel is in OK shape, a little dated but very clean and the bathroom was nice. Spacious room. I’d hope for a a bit higher standard than the hotel only being able to give us plastic solo cups when drinking wine, detracts from the experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating

Beautiful hotel with great management
The hotel management and service is amazing. The hotel is also in a great location, with plenty of business around. I was travelling with a toddler so hoped the hotel restaurant would provide something in kids menu but they got none, so had to look for baby food outside. They also dont have any microwave to use or else I would used my home cooked food for the baby. Other than that we enjoyed the stay and will come prepared with baby food next time

Excellent sightseeing hotel
This location is excellent for sightseeing in Old City. The staff are extremely accommodating and diligent in their care of the entire facility during these times. The limited dinner service in the restaurant was very good. And valet parking services are still available, which was excellent. The only negative was that the rooms are very poorly sound proofed, so slamming doors and noise from other rooms is easily heard. It is also sort of a party hotel, so get the wrong floor neighbors, and sleep is just not an option.

Room was very clean. Amenities were just ok. Almost expected a microwave in the room but there wasn't. Property is an older one. Some furniture in the room was worn but it was ok. It fit the scheme of things

The rooms were very comfortable, and the bathroom was fantastic. The location couldn't be better. We were underwhelmed with the dining options in the hotel, but perhaps that is because of COVID restrictions. That being said, the restaurant was expensive.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time with regard to cleanliness. The couch in the room(901) had 2 big stains on them. Nothing but sheets on the beds. Duvet covers or comforters were non existent. Also, the hotel was understaffed. One time I called the from desk and wait for over 4 minutes to request the valet bring up my car. The only thing they’ve got going for them is their location.
