Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown Hotel, Philadelphia
Under remodeling,
The hotel is under remodel, and it was a lot of construction equipment, barracate in the lobby. The emergency stairs at also block at 3 floor and the had screws laying around . Not a safe exit in case of an emergency. The concierge staff were nice and friendly. Not to said the same as for the manager sunday morning. He was very rude and didn't give the attention we need it. We didn't know were we need it to pick up our car that we valet, Due to a fire a block away, the streets were block and we didn't know where to get our car. He just said go around and kept walking. We fund a bother staff member and he took the time to walk us to the back of the hotel to get our car. I'm guessing that after they finish remodeling the hotel will look nice. The room was very nice and comfortable.

Construction beware!!!
You need to know they are doing major renovations and the noise even on the 10th floor was loud. Once they are done it will be a perfect location. Great people and they tried their best to make me happy but the noise and construction was very obtrusive

Very Good8.0
Beautiful Location
The hotel was under renovation when I visited in December of 2017 but other then that, great experience. The staff was very friendly, helpful and the rooms were clean with an amazing view of the city. It is very close to all of the tourist locations, withing walking distance of the Liberty Bell, Christ Church, restaurants and much more.
