BEDS ARE DOUBLE SIZE NOT QUEEN
Beds are Double Size not Queen! We were in San Francisco for our Babymoon. At 31 weeks pregnant, it is hard to sleep as it is and having a large bed was important to me. We booked the a "queen studio" online and were surprised that when we arrived to find the bed was very small. The front desk assured us that it was a queen as all the beds in the hotel are the same size. Not satisfied, I got a measuring tape and measured the width of the bed. It was 53" which is the size of a standard DOUBLE BED (Queens are 60"). Armed with this new information, I went back down to the front desk and was told "that is what we consider a queen". What does that mean?!? Either it's a queen or it isn't. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known they were double beds. It is unacceptable to advertise your rooms as something they are not. Would not recommend unless you are looking for a small room with a double size bed.

Good location, room lacking.
Nice location for events nearby. Staff was very nice. The room was very small with some rather cheap carpentry. The free breakfast was decent.

The rooms are small, which is fine, but we were repeatedly awakened at 5am by the sounds of someone, perhaps a child, jumping on the floor above us. Complaints to the front desk did little to stop this. Because this is a small hotel, it's almost impossible to get anything after 10pm, and that includes ice, sparkling water etc. However, the location is amazing. And the complimentary breakfast is excellent.
