Bad hotel conditions and poor cleanliness policies
For a hotel named after Quality, the quality of the service & the cleanliness of the place were very disappointing. My wife and I stayed for 5 nights to visit relatives in Roanoke area so, the hotel was in a very convenient location and price was fair as other hotels were booked up already, but service was very far from expected: beds not made (dressed up) daily, garbage not taken out of the room daily, toilet cleaning not performed daily (we found a cockroach the 3rd day, tooth paste stains remained for 4 days, dust in the furniture and even a used coffee bag in the coffee machine (presumably from a previous guest). I know some hotels have environment caring practices in place such as encourage the guests to reuse towels & bed sheets to save water but they communicate it upfront and have clear signs and procedures but still, they clean the rest of the room, fix the bed and take out the garbage on daily basis. As I person who travels around the world a lot, I expect nothing less from a hotel chain.

Fine for the money
I was attending events at Texas Motor Speedway so this hotel's location was perfect. The hotel itself was...fine. The door didn't seem to fit in the frame, so there were large gaps where light/sound came in and I never really felt like the door was shut or locked fully. The room temperature fluctuated like crazy, anywhere from 58-70. The breakfast was minimal but sufficient. The elevator smelled like someone had smoked in it. However, I found the bed and pillows very comfy, and the extensive TV channels were nice!
