    I have stayed at the New York New York many times. It is a nice hotel with a great vibe. My only complaint is not having a fridge in the room. Other than that, the rooms, location, and staff are awesome.

    Covid safety measures questionable
    Water temperature was cold to mediocre. Called front desk to let them know that water temperature was cold. Informed that due to the outside temperatures being so low, water needed to run a minimum of 10 minutes to get warmer water temperature. What a waste of a precious resource. Covid safety kit provided in each room. Our kit had been used as the contents of the lit as listed in the welcome letter left on the desk was not complete. Bag with contents was open and stylus missing. Makes me question whether or not adequate Covid safety measures are being practiced.

    My husband and I travel to Vegas quite often and 3 out of the last 4 trips, we have been staying at the New York. We like the MGM properties, we stayed at several, but NYNY had become our favorite! Not sure anymore, we was not impressed with this visit! 😳

    With the COVID-19 issues that are plaguing businesses around the country they tried to do the best that they could and accommodated every need that we had. We would gladly go back and stay at New York New York but they need to replace their mattresses
