We have stayed at the Hotel Indigo for the last 4 years. Shuttle service to our annual event is awesome, hotel staff is very nice.

Hotel is decent, but parking is not.
The historic building was very nicely renovated. Appreciated many elements of the hotel, but did notice a VERY strong smell (chemicals? cleaner?) in the hallway of our floor. Thankfully it didn't seep into our room, but it was quite overwhelming. We also noticed the carpet in the elevators was duct-taped, which stood out because the rest of the hotel was well-maintained and decor was tasteful. Location was good, but the valet and parking situation left quite a bit to be desired. Valet was incredibly expensive, so we chose to do the self-park across the street. It would have been convenient, but it only took CASH, and actually spit our bills out a lot - it took several attempts to insert any bill. Additionally, this machine only took 1s, 5s, and 10s, which was also inconvenient. Then, on our 2nd day, the gates to the exit broke and we had to wander around the inside of the garage, trying to find the other exits. Not ideal, because it tacked on 10 minutes to our already tight morning schedule. I really wish there had been a better parking option. This hotel is a great place to stay if you are using Uber and not parking here.

Weird tiny layout
Lobby smelled like sewer. The room itself (2 queens) was extremely extremely small. In fact to use the bathroom, you had to stand in the shower to close the door. Tiny tiny tiny weird layout. It was a comfy bed and had a nice feel overall, but was not what i expected. Also the website of the hotel itself had a better deal than Hotels.
