Be a water they can be full and send you somewhere
The hotel was full even when I had a reservation, so they send me to a different hotel. The idea to be in this hotel was to be closer to the center and the places I want to visit, the new hotel was over 30 minutes walking so you can imagine. The other hotel was not what I was expecting, since I was under the impression it would be same quality that this one. You can read all my other reviews I usually don’t complaint, however I hate this situation.

Muy bueno
The hotel is in Paris center. You can walk to many different locations. The room is clean and the service is good.

Poor 2.0
This was HORRIBLE. There is a bar that is underneath the rooms, open until 5 AM, loud music, people screaming, partying, revering cars all night, and cigarette smoke wafting up. There is no air conditioning, making it unbearable- making it absolute to open windows. The bathroom was GROSS- broken dirty tiles, mold and mildew. The elevator was broken 2 out of the 3 days. We didn’t sleep for the 3 days we were there. This was not represented correctly at all. STAY ELSEWHERE NO MATTER WHAT!!!

Needs some serious remodeling
The staff is wonderful! Very helpful, welcoming and kind. The facility is unkept, worn out, dirty and needs remodeling. The phone in room did not work, hair dryer is ancient and falling apart, everything needs some serious updating. On the positive side the neighborhood is very nice.

Would Recommend
This is a quaint hotel with a super friendly staff and is in a great location. It is definitely European so don't expect American amenities. It is on the smaller side, but well kept and clean. My only complaint was the air conditioning. W were in a heat wave (98 F) and the air conditioning was broken. They couldn't move us until the following day. Even after we had a room with a working air conditioner, it barely kept the room tolerable.

Good service, location, but still not recommended.
Great location, very friendly service. But, I still wouldn't stay here again only because of how seriously low quality and terrible the bed was. It actually ruined the last part of my trip with so much bad sleep and pain from having slept on that awful bed. Had I been there a fourth night, I would have checked out and gone somewhere else. The $ paid night also not anywhere worth the price. I won't be returning.

The elevator was broken, the room was extremely small and there was an open tile in our room. We were supposed to get a free welcome drink at 5pm and the person in charge of providing this was not around. I would not stay again at this location despite how close it was to the Chatelet train and Louvre.

Lovely staff
Booked a 2 twin but had to stay in a double for first night and told to come down to switch the next morning. When I went to change the new staff had no idea what I was talking about. After I explained we're only doing what we were told to do, and after an anxious wait, he was finally able to make it happen. The rooms are clean but old. The power outlets didn't all work so the lamps didn't all work and overheads were small. The location is great in terms of the tourist hot spots and local life. Unfortunately that includes a bar with loud late night patrons. I knock my location review down one tick for this reason Even with the room snafu, the staff always had a friendly smile and attitude.

To be avoided
The hotel was very run down . Dirty and rooms were very very small . Bathroom door would not open fully because of the bed . One very small lift . First receptionist spoke poor English and poor French . One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many . Strongly advise to stay away from this place .

We stayed in Paris for days and 1 night. Hotel was in perfect location near the Louvre and other must see sites. We had a room with 3 twin beds and it worked out perfectly. Hot great recommendations from front desk for dinner that was really close by-about a 5 minute walk. Very safe area. I would stay here again
