Absolutely TERRIBLE!
Absolutely the worst hotel stay of my life! Upon arriving, it took an hour to have my luggage brought up to my room. The room temperature never cooled below 79 degrees. Everything was under construction. No one told us that before we went and the rooms were still high in price. There was only one ice machine and it was on the 21 floor. There were no microwaves in the hotel. You had to walk to 7eleven. (I was there for a bodybuilding show and we carry our food with us everywhere we go.) Valet brought me the wrong car 4 times! 4 TIMES! Literally tried to hand me keys to someone else's car! Good thing I'm honest, or that Mercedes E-Class would have bee fun! We were back and forth between our show venue and the hotel, and at one point, the bellman loaded my carry-all bag into the wrong persons car. We had to track it down. Thank goodness it was another competitor!!! After complaining, we were offered a free breakfast. That's it. And it was in the BAR downstairs because the actual restaurant was under construction. I cannot stress how terrible our experience was. Absolutely horrid!

Weekend Getaway
Stayed in a recently updated 2 bed unit. Large room, very nice furnishings, nice restroom. Valet attendants and hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Water in bathroom sink wouldn't get hot, but we would definitely stay again.

Newly renovated rooms are a gem!
I stayed on business for 4 nights and was upgraded to a king suite. I loved the room! The room was large and recently renovated so it included all of the necessary modern amenities like plenty of outlets and phone chargers. The bathroom was also large and beautifully decorated with a marble shower. The lobby and main floor restaurants are still under renovation as are the elevators, etc. They desperately need to add an automatic sliding door to the hotel entrance and a more convenient way to get to the elevators that are necessary to take to your room. I continually struggled with my luggage with the manual doors and there rarely seemed to be someone available to hold the door open for me. In addition even though there may have been several car valets available at the hotel entrance they did not seem to think it was part of their job to assist guests by holding open the entrance door to the hotel. A few of the bellmen were helpful ( especially a gentleman named Kevin. ) The room service menu needs to be updated but the service was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the quality of its rooms and it's central location.
