Comfortable beds and great location
Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette is well stock. Roof top restaurant is very good. Located close to many sites. The only down fall is the parking. Use the parking garage closest (Cano y Cueto) to the hotel and walk with luggage. It is very narrow streets and hard to get to the door.

Wonderful stay in Seville.
We were warmly greeted at check in and even offered a welcome glass of Cava (Spanish Champaign). The pictures are in the website are deceiving since the rooms were smaller than they appeared. We only used the jacuzzie once because it seemed designed for much taller people than ourselves. The little restaurant was very nice but closed at 4:30. We chose to walk a block to their other property for the full breakfast. It was in a great location.

Amazing!
Our stay was amazing. The property right next to the Alcazar. We upraded our room when we reached and got to stay in a room with a jacuzzi. The kitchen was equipped too. The property is well decorated and is really comfortable.

Best Hotel in Spain Period
This hotel is a bit pricey,however, it is clean, packed with amenities such as a comb, toothbrush and almost anything you might forget. Everything is quality and there was even an included towel warmer. If you can fork out the extra money this is the best hotel I have stayed at out of 5 different cities in Spain. The staff gives a very brief orientation on what to do and let’s you go which was okay with me. They didn’t seem very available but you can access the building through two separated gates easily with the card. Everything was modern and comfortable. The location is great and the view is amazing through a small window depending on the room you choose. Unlike most times in Spain I actually received the room that I booked and saw pictures of. 10/10 would stay here again!
