Small room, cheap toilet paper, limited TV channels, had to get right up to TV for remote to work properly. Breakfast not included either. HI Express hotels much nice for much less. In future we plan to only stay at HI when traveling.

Good Location but Nothing Special
There was no proper breakfast place. Room coffee was mediocre. Otherwise hotel was okay but not worth what we paid.

Nice enough.
Looks clean but has a not clean scent through out front desk - halls, room... like when dog smell gets into carpet or dirty kitchen from years of use. Pillows smell of old man scent

the hotel staff was extremely helpful and made some excellent recommendations for dining. The hotel itself is a bit tired and in need of a facelift in the rooms and common areas on the floors.Overll we had a nice stay.

Excellent Housekeeping Staff
Nice hotel. Clean. Desk staff was satisfactory but not super friendly. Sometimes it’s nice when they fake it, to make you feel more welcome. But that’s okay; because, the House Keeping Dept. was very friendly, very accommodating and went above and beyond. Maybe they should run the front and front desk should go clean house. Had an issue with toilet seat. The Desk women said she’d send someone. But that didn’t happen. So got a different room. That room had same issue with toilet seat; but, not as bad. So no big deal I guess. Can’t stress enough; excellent House Keeping Department, though. Made up for everything else. They have Starbucks for sale. But I’m not sure how Starbucks authorized it. You buy a cup, they stick the plastic top down the middle and you go pump your own coffee. That can’t be Starbucks standard operating procedure, if you ask me. But what do I know, I’m just a guest. I did enjoy the fact that the hotel is slightly more upscale for the price. I would recommend it to others.
