Best Value in Central London!
I love this hotel! I needed a place in central London and was amazed at how reasonable this was and the quality of amenities and service were that I received. An ethic of customer service by all at the hotel; fantastic breakfast; plenty hot water and water pressure (not always there when I stay elsewhere); reliable WiFi: exceeds presentation.

Quite haven in busy city
I have not stayed in this particular Radisson before but it served my purpose ideally. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good and best of all it was quiet which was great for a good nights sleep. The fact that the hotel is ideally situated for Bond Street tube station and all the shops! Highly recommend the hotel.

Location is awesome!
The location is the best if you enjoy shopping because it is literally steps from the famous Oxford St. It is also convenient to the underground as the Bond St. station is right next to the hotel. My only gripe (and i've said the same thing in previous reviews) is the mattress. The mattresses in the rooms must be very old as they sagged and are very uncomfortable. Other than that, no complaints!

Excellent Location, Below Average Hotel
Having stayed at a Radisson Blu in London in the past, this was much the same. The location is why it was chosen. However, the first room for the 2 of us was so tiny, there was not any space to open a suitcase, let alone 2 suitcases and 2 carry-ons. Also, because of the location, shopping was on the itinerary - it would have been impossible to find room for any bags of purchases. The closet was alongside the bed with mirrored doors reflecting the beds. Very odd. We're guessing this hotel caters mostly to business people on short stays and assume that most big city hotels do the same. It's all about revenue, so can understand to a point. But we cannot honestly encourage travelers to choose this hotel...or if they do, be sure to pay more for a larger room. We managed to change to one of these after viewing what was offered. We were told it was the last one. We were charged more per night, accordingly. The bathroom, however, was much too small. Shutting the door was slightly challenging from the inside. Coffee, tea, hair dryer were available in room, except plugging in the kettle to boil water required near-gymnastic adeptness as it was hidden behind the drawer. Breakfast was plentiful but woefully short on staff. Often, long waits were required to be seated, food was not hot, and ordering anything not at the stations took a very long time. We finally gave up and ate the cold food on offer. Would we stay there again? Probably not.

Excellent for the price, good location.
Very Decent hotel to stay. Nothing too fancy but very good. It is a smaller hotel but clean and has everything. Room was perfect (I had the delux king) but 1st I had to change it because the room I got was noisy (looking to the street); the 2nd one was awesome. I was there on time for check-in but had to wait almost an hour and half for the room to be cleaned which is frustrating for an international traveler who wants to use the restroom and shower after a long trip; but I was offered a free coffee in the lobby bar and had my luggage carried to my room and giver 15pounds free daily credit. The cleaners were great. Overall, after initially waiting for the room and then having to change it, I was happy with my stay.
