Make sure you call the hotel you are planning to stay prior to booking it thru any 3rd party website (hotels.com, expedia.com, etc.) The site lists all the hotel's amenities, but it could be out of service. When I checked in, I found out the pool, jacuzzi and breakfast were not available due to Covid-19. That was a bummer. Ok, that was my bad for not doing my due diligence. When I checked in at 3:15 PM, we didn't get our room until 30 mins later. Check in time is 3:00 PM. Apparently, our room was not cleaned. We had 2 queen size beds but used only one of them. The bedsheet on one of the beds was not clean. I won't say more. One inconvenience really got to me was when I had to call room service to get new towels, I had to dial the number to the hotel because there is no room service call button on the phone in our room.
