The property is filthy! Dog crap everywhere. Transient people everywhere. Possibly a drug-dealing location, with lots of people coming and going. It's also possible that people are living here on an extended basis. Cops were beating down the door in the room next to us at 2am on our first night's stay. The occupant would not come out. Frightening. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our shuttle driver was not sober, then in the morning left us despite us signing up. Check in took forever. Theyre under construction and have materials everywhere. Our room had multiple towels with dirty spots on them and the shower never shut off fully.

I booked an airport shuttle and when I went down to catch it, the guy driving hadn’t shown up to work. I can’t say for sure, but I got the feeling it wasn’t the first time. I ended up having to book an Uber. It was 20 bucks, and the hotel reimbursed 15, so it wasn’t horrible, but if you say free airport shuttle, I shouldn’t have to try to find an Uber at 5am and I shouldn’t have to pay any of it.

There was no heat in the rooms, the staff could care less about it. Keep in mind this is in Alaska and at the time it was -15 degrees out. Mold was all over the bathroom. When checking in, the staff continued there conversation to each other knowing I needed to check in. The place is a dump.

Very poorly trained staff. Bodily fluids found on supposedly cleaned sheets. Poorly heated rooms. Noise pollution from parking lot. One room was left unlocked to the outside . I checked around 10pm after 13 hours of travel. Around 12am someone had a key card to access my room and tried to enter twice. When I called the front desk they told me the computer had a glitch. I barely slept for the rest of the evening. I woke up very early to check my family out. The hallway was around 50 degrees . It. Took two people over twenty minutes to cancel my reservation and process my return. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life at a hotel.
