Our entire floor smelled like a dispensary. And in the room next store there where 2 dogs who barked all night. Elevators didn’t work. And front desk was not helpful in resolving issues.

Comfortable!!!
The bed was sooooo comfortable. The front desk people were alright but I understand they probably deal with city people all day. I was surprised at how large the bathroom was which also made the stay more comfortable. I was hoping for a mini fridge so beware there wasn’t one in room 718 so I probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again if I were staying longer than one night.

A certain front desk employee is very rude!
When I made my reservation at the Crowne Plaza Englewood, I made it around 5am, not paying particular attention to detail in that check in was at 3pm. So shortly after 5am I arrive at the front desk to-and I’m being nice-a rude white male ginger who seemed pretty inconvenienced to say the least. He didn’t even bother to start the conversation with even a “hello” or “how are you doing?”. I told him I was checking in and that I made my reservation with Hotels.com to which he simply said “No!” “We’re completely booked”. And rudely pointed out that check in was at 3pm and I should’ve noticed that when I booked the reservation! I understand it was 5am-ish and his shift was probably ending soon but there was no need for how absolutely rude he was. So later in the day when I did check in, I was greeted by a lovely woman at the front desk who was courteous and very nice. I regret not getting either one of their names.
