Unsure if worth saving $100

This property is about $100 cheaper per night that others in the area. It's not bad for the money, but it did have some quirks. The air circulation system (or AC or whatever it was) in the room was very noisy... it actually vibrated the room. Having spent many a nights on a cruise ship, I felt the experience comparable. There was a bar under me that was creating some noise. Normally this would bother me but I was so tired that I slept anyway. Many reviews say there are a lack of outlets. This is partially true, there are a number of outlets... but I only found one that worked :). This was OK for my situation but just a head's up. Finally, there was no elevator for my room. The property has an elevator, but where my room was required several stairs. Not so bad for me personally, aside from having to lug suitcases up them, but this could be very problematic for someone with mobility concerns.
