Circus Circus Hotel & Casino Reno, Reno
Terrible stay with Circus Circus.
I had stayed at this resort on the 6/11/18 and the stay was very nice. On Thursday 6/14/18 my wife myself and my daughter stayed at Circus Circus again this time when we got to our room the TV did not work so I called the front desk to have them send somebody to fix it. At 35 minutes I still had not had anybody come up so I called the front desk they then transfer me to engineering and they said somebody was on their way. At 50 minutes with no TV I called back down again and at this time the air conditioning started whistling very loud so I asked to be moved to a new room. 10 minutes later the engineering technician showed up and by the time he had got there I had figured out that the TV had been unplugged and never was plugged in so that was one of the reasons why it didn't work also the other reason was it hadn't been Rebooted. at this point it's been well over an hour they sent a Bellman to our room to give us a new key when we went to the new room the air conditioning didn't work at first and after 20 minutes the air conditioning kicked in and started to work. Also I have got pictures of the new room where they had been doing remodeling in the room and somebody had been putting drinks on the AC units and they were very stained up. At this point I don't ever plan on staying at another Circus Circus again.

Great time as usual!
Took my son here to see The Impractical Jokers while they were in town. We had a blast. Hotel was great, staff excellent and friendly. A few issues with the room. We had a mini suite located in the sky tower. Apperantly we were the first to stay in the room after remodel. Room was amazing. Had to call maintenance 3x. 1st time ac/heater in bedroom wasnt working. 2nd time mini fridge was not working. 3rd time ac/heater in livingroom wasnt working. Each time they came with smiles on their faces happy to help and sorry we were inconvenienced. Also we were given a meal comp. for the trouble! Bathtub took foreveeeeer to drain and we were disappointed the pool was out of service. This room was spacious and we will be booking again. Love circus circus, coming back nxt month !!
