Circus Circus Hotel & Casino Reno, Reno
The ladies at the front desk was very courteous. I was travelinv with my siblings and their family and wanted to see if we all could have adjoining rooms. 2 out of 3 is good. We can’t have it all. The room was a regular room but a few things... 1. Stained carpet. Looks like black marker stains 2. We found out later that night that both tub and sink didn’t drain quickly. Both was slow to drain. 3. Tried to sign in to internet but to no avail. Found the following day that my last name was mispelled. 4. Tv didn’t work Overall, hotel is not so expensive so it was good for the busget

Had way higher hopes for this place unfortunately.
Front desk guy seemed confused, rooms are very dated in the sky tower. Cleaning lady was super nice. And Midway was fun for the he kids. But rooms were disappointing I booked two rooms and put adjoining rooms on low floor and they put us at the other side of hotel and rooms not next to each other but on opposite sides of tower. Very upsetting since I had someone disabled who could not walk far distance and I had to make her. Will not be recommending. :(

For a non smoking floor it was pretty smoky. Didn’t feel to comfortable having the kids smell that much smoke
