La verdad mucho que desear la limpieza de las habitaciones es terrible no hay agua en el sanitario ni en el lavabo, a pesar de que se le dijo encargado nuenca lo solucionaron, las regaderas en la habitacion no las tenia ademas de que es el baño habia unos zapatos que supongo eran de los mismos que ahi trabajan en la habitacion 215 que fue la que nis toco ni siquiera tenian focos hasta mucho rato despues que fueron a ponerlos toda la noche las mismas personas que viven ahi tienen musica que no dejan dormir las almohadas se ven que tienen años que no las lavan que ni ganas de acostarte sobre ellas te dan

Engaño de propaganda del hotel
Llegue al hotel, estaba en pésimas condiciones, deprimente, ni siquiera tenían nuestra reserva. Ese lugar no cumple con lo que ofrece, el administrador nos dijo que no podía hacer nada. Ni siquiera ocupe la reserva, tuve que pagar otro hotel. Deben regresarme mi dinero.
