Beautiful resort. Great buffet breakfast. The basic room, for $1,000 a night (including taxes and resort fees) was really a basic room, and not worth the money. It was nice it had two sinks, but had wear on the room. Very nice, helpful staff everywhere. We did valet parking for $40 a day. It was nice. Our room did not have a beach view, I don't know how much more that would have cost?

The rooms were wet with humidity due gaps in the door, paint was chipped and warn, and the hallway floors were stained due to water/mildew. The grounds and gym were a 10 out of a 10, but overall the property is extremely dated and the expansive property makes it a challenge to navigate and is very time consuming to get to the lobby.

Many great things about this property. Prime location, attentive staff, enjoyable pools and water features to name a few. The building doesn’t have a new feel and we were frustrated by the lack of elevators. Our room had a great view of the pools and the ocean but because of the elevator placement we had to walk over a third of a mile to get to our car in the self park lot. It’s one of the poorest design I have seen.

Was wonderful, staff super nice, room was clean. Only down side was that a big portion of hotel was blocked off for construction and the elevator by our room was out of service which made getting to our room a bit of a maze

Very Clean room (and I’m picky) Great staff in all areas especially housekeeping and restaurant Breakfast was always great dinner was awesome at Stevens library but tidepool? was a let down expensive not good at all, weight staff was just ok…. Other than that the stay was perfect Will return!
