The place was so big that it took a few days to get out bearings. The place is looking kinda of tired. We did like the lagoon in the pool area.

Great resort but pool was cold
This hotel had the most amazing pool! I found myself strolling the grounds just to look at the beautiful plants and landscape! We spent a lot of time by the pool, but not in it! I wish the pool was heated, it was SOOOOO cold. The temperature daily was 79-81 so it would have been nice to swim. I'm guessing the water was 75ish. I'm a person who can't tolerate much less than 79 degree water, and I swim a lot, so I know it was less than that. It was just funny to watch people cringe as they tried to go in the water...most people were just laying out. Seemed like a waste of such a beautiful pool. Because the pool was cold, all the hot tubs were CROWDED...and the one on the waterslide side was cold. Disappointing. Service at this resort, was PHENOMENAL! The concierge booked our luau and helicopter tour, which was great! We were celebrating our anniversary and were given Champagne on arrival and Wine in our room the next day...was a nice touch! The resort overall was a bit expensive to me since we picked it for the pool and couldn't really swim. I should have asked if it was heated before booking. Otherwise, a great resort and we would stay here again! oh...if booking ask for a building close to the pool...we lucked out and got one but saw some people had to really walk far to get to the pool!
