It was a good hotel, but not amazing. Our room beds werent separated even though the rooms weren't ready when we arrived and they had all day to get the room ready. They also put the beds back together after we separated them after they cleaned the first day. The air conditioning doesn't get cool enough and its super noisy if you leave your windows open (bugs got in when we did that too).Staff was very nice. everything was clean. The beds weren't all that comfortable. BReakfast is a nice options to add on but be aware that they dont start until 7am. So, if you have an early flight you'll pay for it without getting to use it.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, great location
This is our second stay here. It is beautifully and serenely decorated, the staff is very helpful, and they've added a spacious lounge. Rooms are comfortable with hot pot and a very comfortable bed - and they are quiet too. Easy walk to the train station for metro, Eurail or regional/airport trains. The neighborhood is a little rough, but we've never had issues. They referred us to a great restaurant and there is a little grocery two doors down. Around the corner is a wonderful bakery. Will stay here again!

Paris Hotel with Character
The staff was wonderful and very accommodating! The breakfast included with the room rate was terrific!

Affordable and easy access to trains
Fine for location close to both Gare du Nord and Gare D'Est. Room was super small, even by Parisian standards but was comparatively cheap and comfortable. AC was on but pretty weak. OK for a quick stopover, (I stayed just to be close to train station and get to Charles De Gaulle quickly the next morning). If you stay more than a couple of nights you should not be diagnosed with claustrophobia.
