Not bad but could be better
We had a two queen room in the pyramid and it was okay. An employee let us know that they’re remodeling all the rooms so hopefully they’ll look nicer. It currently felt like a motel 6 to be honest, but with a really nice bathroom and a nice view of the strip. The rest of the hotel is nice though, we went to the buffet and they had a good selection of food with bottomless mimosas. Overall pretty nice but I feel like you could get more for your buck elsewhere.

Lackluster Luxor
First off, we got waylaid walking in by some lady who passed herself off as a greeter for the hotel that acted like they were interested in why you came to Vegas. Patter on two women alone, it must be for a birthday. And started going towards the front desk to give me a “voucher” for my birthday but instead “decided” to bring us to this other stand/counter. Turns out it was just to get us to sign up for a “fancy breakfast” or really a presentation at a time share to get the voucher. Such dishonesty. I’d go into it more but that would eat my whole review. We need to tell of our other major dissatisfaction. We got a double queen room in the supposedly newly renovated Premier Tower rooms (ad for them with BOUNCING on bed on the big screens behind front desk), they were HORRIBLE! WORST MATTRESS I’ve ever slept on. LUMPY, no support. No bouncing possible. And I traveled weekly for work. Bathroom was very dated. Nice, deep tub with a nice separate shower but no place to hang pjs on the back of the door. No place to put ANYTHING. No drawers or cabinets, barely any counter space. Housekeeping didn't always come, didn’t leave enough towels, missing bath mat, left bags of dirty towels and garbage in the hallways overnight one day. Gross. AC was horrible. THEY set it to 60 but it never got that cold. They “fixed” it but that just made it blow better. Never truly got cool, let alone 60 or cold. Noodles was a good restaurant. Stay AWAY from the buffet. Lame. Overall very lackluster place.
