It was okay
Our stay was comfortable. However, I traveled with my boyfriend and 2 children. The room didn’t have a mini fridge nor a microwave unfortunately. The options at the food court was a disappointment as well. I wouldn’t stay here with my family again.

Everything was OK about the hotel but what I did not appreciate or like was the room was so dusty above the cabinets the side tables the lamps the mirrors. After calling them to clean The room we stepped out for a few hours came back to them picking up the room but the dust was still there.

Love this place!
I love the Luxor...I always choose to stay here. I was disappointed to see no Valet parking, but I think it must have to do with Covid. The hotel was clean and felt sanitary and safe even with the pandemic in full effect. Staff was great!

There was feces in the tiolet from previous stay as well as wrapper from bathing products stuck to shower wall. The elevator down button was broken the whole time on floor. Let them know but nothing done. Had to take elevator up to get down.
