Fine hotel, TINY room.
It's a fine hotel in a good location. But the cheap rooms (ours was only $104 plus taxes and fees) are TINY. We had to walk sideways between the bed and the opposite wall. (This is not an exaggeration.) The bathroom was well-appointed and very clean, as was the shower. But like the room, they were TINY. If you've ever booked an inside cabin on a cruise ship, you'll get the idea. One night of valet parking was $48 over and above the room charge. We could have booked two garage spaces instead of a hotel room, saved money and had more space.

Stayed for a Holiday Party, Will Not Return
We checked in at 5:30 p.m. when check-in was 3:00 p.m. When we arrived we were told that both of our rooms were not ready. Considering we were 2.5 hrs past our check-in time we did not expect to not have our room ready. The girl at the front desk gave attitude and basically said there was nothing she could do. Then she was able to find two rooms, but the two rooms were not connected and not next to each other. AFTER we had already requested two connecting or two rooms next to each other. And at that point we had to take what was given because we had a dinner reservation. Since we did not have two connecting rooms we all got ready in one room. We had a worker from the hotel come up to us at 7:00 p.m. saying we were too loud. Really? At 7 p.m.? Then another worker came up at 8:00 p.m. and warned us again before we left. Seriously? We were not that loud, but there were 8 girls in 1 room because you couldn't provide two rooms together. Then after we came back from dinner we all were in one of the rooms. We heard several loud men outside our room, assuming going back their room. Then it went quiet, so a few of the girls decided to return to their room to go to sleep. WELL, the hotel staff saw them in the hallway and accused them of being loud! & the staff accused my girls of smoking weed in the hallway! NO, they explained there was a group of men in the hallway. We did not go to the Plaza to get in trouble & get accused of things, we will not be returning.

It is disappointing that the hotel merely offered disposable cups and only 2 coffee pods. Even more disappointed with powder creamer. This is not an inexpensive motel and yet the amenities are lacking. The property is nicely updated. Service is good. But really, it doesn't take much to upgrade the coffee service and provide robes.
