Horrible Experience- Major Plumbing Issues
I’ve stayed here many times before but never will again. There were major plumbing problems. I was moved into 3 different rooms and they all had issues. The toilet overflowed in the first room. The second room smelled like sewage upon entry. In the third room, the toilet was running but wouldn’t flush. This was also discovered upon entry. The hotel clerk was nice until I asked to check out. Then she became very rude. Will not stay here again.

Smells and smears
Room #338 had a Lysol disinfectant sticker letting us know the room had been cleaned but once we stepped in the room the smell from the bathroom was very unpleasant. The carpet had not been vacuumed in days or weeks. There was hair in the bathroom. There were smudges and smears on every wall and when we woke up there were ants all over our things. I am a HH member but booked thru this site, not sure what I was thinking. It was an overnite stay and my sister wouldnt allow me to cause a ruckus but I was floored and glad we brought our own disinfectants.

Staying in this hotel has been on of the best all around stays. The rooms are so clean and it’s clear the pride put into it. The staff is amazing. I’d like to give a shout out to Regan at the front desk. She went beyond what is expected to put me in a room that I felt comfortable in. She’s an asset to this company. She is friendly, professional and truly cares. Also to Kandace the nighttime front dash person. She takes pride in her job. She to will go above to ensure your comfortable. She’s too is an asset. She’s friendly, professional and she will put you at ease making a request. She’s funny and is so kind. The house keeping staff will help in any way and the rooms are not just clean but it’s clear they do exceptional work. I’ve been comfortable I extended my stay. What a great quality place to stay. Hampton has shown what customer service should be. It’s refreshing to know the pride they exhibit in their works. I will make sure anyone needing a place to stay knows the outstanding service provided by the staff.

Overall was good...my room didn't have an iron,i contacted front desk and they couldn't locate an iron and also no housekeeping service was available...my toilet needed cleaning bad but front desk attendant said they didn't offer housekeeper service due to covid 19 but i could get clean towels etc from front desk...those were the only 2 discrepancies i had
