I loved our cool peaceful Pod room, with the green wall out the window. Really comfy bed, really quiet and very cool bathroom . Minimal natural light as we expected and the lighting was perhaps slightly too ‘mood’ unfortunately there was some building work happening below the hotel and there was a strong turps smell particularly in reception area, less so in the rooms luckily. We lived our stay and would definitely stay again 😊

excellent hotel right in the heart of hobart. the service was impeccable, but i cant really say the same for the pod at number 25 as the room was not only dusty but also the noise from the front of the hotel woke me after a long delayed flight. i have stayed at other hotel/resorts were they had notified patrons prior to booking at a discounted price which is only fair...the hotel staff member was sympathetic to the noise though and offered another room at their other hotel which was very clean and had no dust anywhere in the room or works. i really hope my review is not taken the wrong way and look forward to booking again

Unique and well-appointed in a stunning location. Staff were polite but not warm. The hotel itself is a little isolating - the rooms are fantastic but you could be in there all by yourself! Very disability accessible and thoughtfully designed. The mattress did feel like it had a rubber sheet/protector on it, though.
