Amazing service. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Lots of amenities. One of the best places we've ever stayed.

Great location, okay hotel
We chose the Sukosol for a single night stay based on its reviews and location. I wanted somewhere by BTS station for going to Siam Paragon for its incredible food choices and the airport train. It's very impressive when you walk in. The doormen are quite insistent on taking your luggage when you check in. The staff were very friendly and we were quickly shown to our room. The room was okay but just seemed a little tired. The furniture was beaten up which made it seem a little unclean. I've stayed in Bangkok many times so I had pretty high expectations. I can't put my finger on anything in particular that was bad or wrong, but it just wasn't amazing. It was a comfortable room for one night in a great location with a decent breakfast.

Pleasant overall
I stayed here because it was 5 Mins walk to king power where I had work at the theatre. So I actually didn’t spend anything more than 6hrs in the room to sleep. Didn’t use facilities too as it’s akways too late by the time I got back. However, my request to change room due to noisy neighbour was facilitated in double quick time even tho the hotel was running at max capacity. So kudos to staff. My only disappointment was that I stayed at the annex building which had old outdated carpet which didn’t give you the 5* feel and I assume the newer main complex would have been better. Oh well- but Service staff was very good.

Would stay here again!
Stayed here with my wife in early November the hotel lobby and rooms are quite nice and comfortable. The hotel was convient to access from Suvarnabhumi airport by the city link airport train and is within two blocks of the Phayathai train station. It is about 5-6 Km from the city center for which we took either train or a taxi for transportation. The spa and pool areas were well maintained. There are a few shops within the hotel where you can eat and shop. There is a fee free taxi stand by the Phayathai train station and the taxis the hotel helped us hail both turned on their meters.
