Not Impressed
When we booked our stay there was supposed to be on-site parking however when we got there they told us that their parking garage was under maintenance and didn’t have enough spots so we had to park off-site (we ended up parking in the Rideau Centre for 2 days). The pool heater was broken so they told us we could go to a different hotel nearby if we wanted to go for a swim since theirs would be cold. Our bed was supposed to be a Queen however it was maybe a double. We had at most 10 minutes of hot water and the water pressure in our room was terrible. They advertise their gym as being 24 hours however it’s only open from 10 am to 9 pm so we couldn’t make use of that either. The only positive to our stay was the size of the rooms as they were very spacious but wouldn’t stay there again.

Mediocre.
The room was large with kitchen but the carpet was disgustingly filthy. No coffee whitener for the coffee. The maid came early every day. The underground parking garage construction noise was quite significant. Lastly, the hotel is a no smoking place but guests were smoking weed on our floor and permitted throughout the whole hall and into our room. No way that staff could not have known. But hotel was conveniently located and had a full kitchen which would be nice for families.

Excellent for families
Spacious, clean and quite modern. Very convenient for a family. We took the two-room suite for a family with 2 kids. It was very spacious with two full bathrooms, living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. Excellent location walking distance to the parliament hill and the market. 20 mins walk to Canada's Nature museum. The street itself is not great - but we never felt unsafe.
