Elevators.
During our stay at this property the elevators were having a malfunction during the all period. It was necessary to use the "service" one without any formal signaling, very specifically on the third floor.; in some cases the waiting time was around 5 to 7 minutes. One of the elevators was working so so... with the risk to get trapped in (it happened to my daughter). Several times we used the stairs to go up and down (7 floor) to avoid wasting time. The room shower did not work properly it was needed to be changed. Not a good experience.

No recomiendo este hotel sobrevalorado . Nuestra experiencia fue totalmente deprimente . Los elevadores del hotel no funcionan y debes tomar el elevador de empleados o subir las escaleras de emergencia . Las habitaciones húmedas, una alarma de incendio se activó a las 3am de la madrugada creando pánico porque creímos que había un problema . Se fue la luz , que esto es típico en RD pusieron a funcionar una planta de energía con la puerta abierta lo cual nos impidió tener un buen descanso por el ruido que ocasionaba . Nos cambiaron de habitación , pero no se si fue peor . Deseábamos utilizar el teléfono para una llamada local no funcionó y el aire acondicionado de la nueva habitación era tan ruidoso que no pudimos tampoco descansar . No lo recomendamos .
