Phoenix Park Hotel, Washington
Stay was awesome his is my go to hotel when I’m in dc. It’s steps away from union station. Although it’s a older hotel from the outside the beauty and comforts On the inside make it much more perfect. All the attractions are also pretty much in walking distance on a nice day.

Room was tiny. Blackout shade did not come down, so I had street lights and sun to keep me awake. $57 for parking.

Chilly but otherwsie great
Room was a little drafty on a very, very cold night -- staff had placed towels over the gap between the top and bottom of the room window. I had to crank heat up to the maximum.
