Pool and hot tub has been closed over a years but still shown on Expedia. No water glasses in room. Room carpet and furniture not very clean. In room sink had only a trickle of hot water. Stairwell door to outside not locking/fully closing which is a security issue. Bathtub drain stopper not working.

It was dirty. The TV in the front room didn't work and neither did the fan. The hot tub had hair and dust etc. Floating in it. They also have no privacy respect and or respect for people's personal effects and information. I am very upset and overall had a terrible experience.
