Not a good place for a big convention
We were there for a dance competition so it was really busy but the elevators took up to 15 minutes to come to your floor, the call buttons were hot to the touch, and it often wouldn't go to the correct floor. Stairs weren't an option even if you wanted to use them to your 18th for room because they are for emergency use only and you can't get out of the doors on the various floors. Also, hot water was non existent. The rooms were fairly clean but quite dated. Definitely not a four star hotel quality. The valet staff was very friendly and helpful

Not Hyatt quality
Room was dirty, noisy, and beds are hard as a rock. We had to move rooms because our shower wasn’t clean, and there was hair in the bed. Walls are super thin and we were right next to the vending which was constant noise. The help seemed nice, yet unprofessional. This is more like a Hampton Inn or Phoenix in. NOT usual Hyatt quality. The hot tub was supposed to be open, and it was not available for use. There is nothing to do around the area and it’s very isolated. The downtown area nearby is shady and run down. I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again.

Okay Weekend.
The area was great. Right next to clubs and activities. The hotel itself was okay. When we first arrived our room was dirty. The sheets had so much hair on it, it clearly hadn’t been changed. The bathroom sink had a leak. After getting over all those those issues the stay was pleasant.
