I expected better
It was an ok experience. There channel line up wasn't all that, many of the channels could not get a signal. They only had decaf coffee in the room. Only one button worked on their energy efficient toilet. It bothered me they had a mini refrigerator but no microwave. Their elevator was fast, but maybe do fast. My stomach didn't like it all that much. The staff at check in was friendly though and the bed was comfortable for just the night. I don't know that I would stay again for the price I paid.

The hotel needs to be updated. The carpet, the paint, the mattress were too old. When we turned the sink faucet on, it sounded like a tea kettle going off. The staff were pleasant but the building needs updating.

Checked in on a Thursday till following Monday. Our room was serviced only once (even though when I questioned this at reception, was told room service would be every 2 days). I had to request toilet tissue and coffee pods. I prefer to have my bed made and trash emptied daily when I stay in a hotel - just like at home!
In addition, when room service did try to access our room - it was 9am on a Saturday morning. There was also food in our AC unit! Obviously noone bothered to check or clean this up before our arrival!
Frankly I expected more from Radisson on my first trip to Austin.
