The front desk lady was great, but the rooms were dirty and neglected by housekeeping and maintenance. We rented 4 rooms for 1 night and while all of them were dirty, one was completely unfit for rental. The door was broken and the peek hole was missing so u could look through it and see inside the room. Luckily we were able to get a different room. This was just one bad experience at this particular hotel as we have stayed here several times in the past.

No phone, fridge or microwave in room like advertised. Could have been swept better and tub could have been wiped out better. Nothing to put ice in in the room. Elevator door SLAMMED shut 1st night, 2nd night got stuck open so had to use stairs. But staff was very nice, and it was quiet and i was only there to sleep.

DONT DO IT
When we first checked in it smelled of mildew and everything felt kind of wet. We had plans that night so we left, our door wouldnt lock and could be pushed open. Maintenance did fix that. Bathroom door would not shut at all. One light was burnt out, one did not work and the other kept coming on all night. We woke up the next morning for "breakfast" which was only coffee. Saw the manager yell at the other employee for not putting muffins out and was then handed a muffin. Back in the room we noticed mold all up and down the walls by the sink and behind the bed. All over the chair. While asking for a refund another guest was complaining of some man trying to fight him and breaking into his room. Woman at the counter checked us out and said she cant do refunds and to contact the owners whom have yet to email me back or answer their phone. Do not stay there!
