Checked in when outdoor temperature was 100 degrees, but bottled water was not offered at reception nor available in the room. Drinking tap water brought on intestinal problems. Sure could have used a plastic cup in the bathroom. Glass not a great solution. The hotel is showing its age. The hall floors actually creaked!

Marriott Guest
I requested room service (late). The Front Desk Rep. informed me that the service staff personnel are gone for today (17:00). I then request towels. I called two (2) time requesting towel from the same person. After one hour and 30 minutes, I saw the same Front Desk Rep. outside in front of the entrance to the hotel socializing with other employees of hotel. I wanted a few minutes for the towels to arrive, nothing happen. I walked to the front Desk Rep. to get the towels that I request 2 hours and 30 minutes prior. A Very Bad example of customer service. I have been staying at Marriott properties for many years. This is the worst service I have ever been exposed to at any Marriott properties.
