It was actually closed when we arrived at the place. We called the owner and he told us its closed in the winter. But he didn't help us find another place to stay and the website is having a hard time to ask for the authorization for my refund, as I paid for it already. I hope the website will make an effort to improve the ervice and learn to make a service recovery to your guests..If not why not bother opening your website when you cannot coordinate to the hotels owner if they are open. I hope they process my request for a refund.
