The cable or satellite went down the first night we were there and we could not watch TV. It still was down when we went to bed. We stayed there three nights and our room was never touched by housekeeping (e.g. no new towels, no emptying of the trash containers, etc.). We asked for a wake-up call for the morning we were leaving since I could not change the time on the alarm clock and we were going to daily savings time at midnight. The receptionist called back to the room to confirm she had the right room. The wake-up call never happened. We are very lucky we did not miss our flight. The pillows and mattress were very very uncomfortable. I would never stay at this hotel again. The one nice comment I can make is that the lady responsible for the breakfast every morning was amazing. The food was fresh and she made sure all the items were kept full. She also made sure tables were cleaned after others left.

Disappointing
One of the loudest and cramped rooms I ever stayed in. The breakfast was much better the last time we were at this Hampton. I was exoecting a much better stay this time as after my last visit the Hotel Manager said they were renovating.
