My stayed with a possible drunk receptionist who stared at my id and credit card for about 10 minutes. She just seemed out of it. It took about 15 min to check in ever though there was no line and I had reserved on line.

Gen was superb and very polite. At check in. Room exceptionally clean. Two thing’s missing in room; a lamp for the chair to read an a small towel rack, An inconvenience was having to change plug under behind the refrigerator to make coffee. The rooms are a bargain.

Reserved a King bed but when checking in was told there was only a double queen available. Don’t understand why there was no King when that is what my reservation indicated. We were also put in the basement because we had a pet, which we indicated on our reservation. We were right by the stair well so it was extremely noisy & the people above us were noisy. Both my husband and I are older and it was hard to go up & down the stairs with our luggage. There was the beginning of black mold in the grouting of the shower tile. The breakfast was sub-par. Mostly carbs, waffles, cereal, bagels and yogurt with a few bananas and apples. Not the healthiest breakfast, This is my second stay at a Wyndham hotel & neither have been the greatest experience.

TV remote didn't work for volume or channel selection and then the power button didn't work to shut off the TV. Staff came to no avail and finally the staff came and ended up unplugging the TV. So that didn't help with the amenities. All evening and night whenever someone came or went through the main doors there was two dings to alert the staff that someone was coming or going, and we heard it all night long.

It was a quick and informative check in including suggestions for local restaurants. The breakfast was great. The pool was beautiful. The room was great, with plenty of room for twin 4yr olds and our 11yr old.

It is under new ownership. And they are trying so hard to make it nice. Help is hard to find there so they don’t service the rooms like they should. If you want or need clean towels, toilet paper, ice, toiletries, you must ask!?!? The emptied the trash one day on our 6 night stay. They were close to the park where we were at each day for a jamboree. Richfield people are very accommodating and friendly. Over all it was good for us. A clean bed and shower every day. I will stay here next year again to see how the progress is coming. Good luck to the new owners in there making this a nice place to stay. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was a good start to the day.
