Cove Haven resort, champagne tower
Overall the stay was excellent, the service was excellent. Only downside is there are some repairs that the room needed. Some lights didn't work, like the one in the pool in our room. The ac units were filthy, the filters looked pretty gross too. The ac upstairs didn't seem to cool the room we slept in down enough as it was humid outside and upstairs. We had to go buy a fan. Like I stated before, overall a great experience, I just think for the money it could have been a bit cleaner and less cob jobbed.

We loved our stay at The Cove Resort it was amazing great food, entertainment and awesome staff! The room was like a fairytale come true with private heart shaped pool, sauna, champagne jetted tub. Amazing ambiance with lighted starlight ceilings for bath and bed. It was romantic as ever and best first anniversary possible! Thanks for everything! The Furoughs 🤗

Glad We Went!
The reviews make this place seem as though it is falling apart, it is not. Grounds well kept, interiors (minus old carpeting) are nice. Yes, there are some maintenance issues that could be addressed, but overall the nice place. We stayed in the champagne tub room 709. Room was very clean, very large and had recent update to bathroom. Room had a huge champagne glass-like tub, large heart shaped indoor pool and a personal sauna. The activities at the resort are hit or miss. There were many people staying there over the weekend, but activities are spread out so no single place really had a lot of people there. We assume many people stay in the rooms too, as they are so unique, we assumed people drank and hung out in the rooms quite a bit rather than going to nightclub or Spooners. Once we got involved in the activities, we had a great time. People start talking with each other and we would often run into them again in other places. The CXO could be more outgoing and talking with people to get them involved. She basically would give an announcement and wait for people to go to her and ask what the event even involved. We did like her a lot, but felt if a bit more outgoing, more people may engage. The food was decent. We are not foodies, but no complaints. Dunkin is 11 min ride, we went for coffee there. Not sure we will make a third trip, but if you engage with events, enjoy the very unique rooms and understand there are a few maintenance issues, you will enjoy!

August stay
Arranged a last minute get away to this small and quiet resort. Upon arrival check in was quick and friendly despite it being late at night with checkin offering advice of local spots and things to see for the next few hours. Room appeared even bigger than in pictures with a walk in living room area followed by a bathroom and bedroom downstairs. Loving comes with an optional to use fireplace while they bathrooms have both a walk in shower and a heart shaped jet tub. Hot water system seems to be slightly lacking as water barely got warm at night but during the day had no issue. (Think it was over loaded with all the other rooms and couldn’t keep up.) Only issue in the room was the TV wouldn’t not work and appeared to be dead. On site breakfast and activities were great with activities ranging from swimming, hot tub, arcade, bowling, mini golf, pool table to even playing darts all located in buildings on the premises.

A great place and a friendly deer!
Arrived an hour before check-in but my room was clean so I got the key! Clean, spacious room, round bed, heart-shaped jacuzzi tub - what more could one (or two!) ask for? Excellent breakfast buffet the next morning and a visit from a very friendly deer! It's a honeymoon destination but also a great place to take that special friend! Well worth the price.
