It was a very nice hotel. The phone didn’t work in our room so I put it on speaker and every line was busy all the time. So no room service and no front desk to talk to on the phone.

Fun family trip
Really enjoyed our 2 night family stay here! The hotel staff was excellent! We enjoyed staying within walking distance to many restaurants and great shopping. Felt safe walking around even at night. Rooms were clean! Could tell the hotel is taken care of very well. It is an older hotel with lots of character, but it has been updated quite nicely. Beautiful!

Overbooked hotel, downgraded to double bed instead of queen- no apologies for it. A day later and have not received my check out receipt- in my email as discussed, long check in lines. no bluetooth option on their outdated tv.

The check in process was a bit long and we were supposed to get a text when our room was ready but they texted the wrong number. They did upgrade us to the top floor which was very nice. The staff was all very friendly.

Great place to stay!
My daughter and I stayed two nights here and thought it was great. It was within walking distance to the Plaza so we could easily shop and eat without having to drive anywhere. The area itself was very nice and we felt safe anywhere we walked. I would definitely visit again and stay here!

Fun couples weekend
This hotel is a perfect location for those who want to enjoy the plaza. Easy walking distance. Service is spot on from check in to bell station and parking. The property could use some updating however, especially in the rooms. Very old and dated, and could use a good scrubbing in the bathroom, and in fact our shower had several long hairs in the tub which was not appealing.
