The staff were great. The room was nice, but a little cramped. There was a loud fan noise in the evening from a next door tenant/restaurant. Staff were great in listening and while they couldn't stop the noise, it stopped on its own when the restaurant closed and they gave me a bottle of wine as an appreciation gift. I thought they handled it well.
