This place does not look like the pictures. The staff is underwhelming and unwilling to help generally. We couldn't get pillows and the manager didn't seem to care in the slightest that we were unable to shower because the faucet was broken. I am pretty sure the carpet hasn't been vacuumed in a decade.

Out of the area, old building, very small and uncomfortable beds.

Good alt for Disney visit.
The hotel is pretty close to my company so there is no problem with the location to me. To Disneyland is quite close but to city is around 40 min ride of RER. Its just 3 min walking to RER station and supermarket, restaurant is also very close. Hotel itself is above average to most hotels at same price range. But consider the location it just reasonable.

Great location to Disneyland
We stayed here for 2 nights when we were visiting Disneyland. Hotel is right across from the metro, just one stop in between us and the Mouse. Great location for Disney, but not much more touristy things to see/do in the immediate surrounding area of the hotel. There were +5 pizza places in the vicinity and two or three bakeries and other various restaurants, but no "fast" food choices. The hotel was very clean, but there was no Airco and it was quite hot at night. I brought my own fan from home & thank goodness because we would've does without it. Windows opened wide and that would've helped but there were people in the square till really late making noise and talking so we kept them closed. Windows were insulated so at least when they were shut you couldn't hear any noise from outside. If you want to see more of Paris, the metro is excellent to take you into the heart of the city, but it is quite a ride and the cost for tickets can add up if you have multiple people or a group: bottom line, this is an excellent hotel for the price if you plan to visit Disneyland, but if Touristy Paris is your plan, I would pick one closer to the center of the city.

If you don't expect too much, you'll be happy.
Overall, it was OK. This was definitely a "no frills" hotel. There were no basic things like a fridge (even though they did allow you to use their secure fridge downstairs, which we did a few times a day and got some unfriendly looks from some of the staff), coffee maker (we brought our own electric water heater), iron, etc. and the room was clean but very small with a tiny shower room and even smaller adjacent commode room However, the location was 1 block from the railroad station which is 2 stops from Disney and about 1/2 hour (8 stops) from Paris (30 Euros r/t p/p, 6EU r/t for kids 10 and under). Some of the staff at the hotel were very nice and some not so nice so don't expect to make friends (anywhere in France for that matter). The restaurants in the neighborhood were the worst...even the pasta and Chinese food was terrible, not to mention overpriced, but there was a bakery right across from the subway that made everything better (the best baguettes and pastries). There is also a great supermarket called Carrefour across the street which was very good and cheap, especially typical French items like wine, cheese and breads (great for picnics). The hotel is so much cheaper than staying in Paris but I probably would not stay there again; I would spend a little more to be closer to Paris.
