l place to stay
This a lovely well located hotel with very accommodating staff. The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms very large and modern. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. You won't go wrong if you choose this place.

Exceptional 10.0
Stately and hospitable!!!
It really was a fantastic experience. The property was great and so was the room. The 24/7 staff were all quite stately in the true definition of the word. Very professional and hospitable. In a true gesture of hospitality, we had to leave very early in the morning (5am) to catch our flight to Greece so we didn't get to take advantage of the free breakfast. However, the morning manager indicated that he just finished baking the morning croissants. So, he brewed us some coffee, set us two very nice place settings and brought out an array of jellies and spreads...hospitality beyond the call of duty.

Good 6.0
Wonderful management and staff! Very poor mattress
Loved the location, very near to the Borghese gardens and all the hustle and bustle. Intimate public rooms in their lobby level. They had a very cosy bar which we didn’t have the occasion to visit and a patio restaurant. The service couldn’t have been better or more gracious! We needed to catch an early flight in the morning and rather than leave us to our own devices, the manager arranged our ride, wake up call and arranged to have the breakfast buffet ready early! So accommodating. It’s a shame that with the wonderful staff they couldn’t have matched that up with a great bed! The bed was hideously hard and this from a woman who appreciates a firm mattress. Not sure it even was a mattress under there! I folded up a comforter found in the armoire and that helped.
